Therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions
I'm passionate about supporting people who are ready to grow and make positive changes in their lives. I work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and chronic pain, using a collaborative approach that’s tailored to your unique needs. In our work together, I draw from traditional talk therapy as well as tools from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), somatic approaches, Mindfulness, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR)—a powerful, evidence-based method for healing trauma. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just needing some extra support, therapy can help you find more clarity, resilience, and emotional balance.
Therapy provides a safe and supportive space to explore personal challenges, gain insight, and develop strategies for emotional well-being. My approach is tailored to each person’s unique needs, with a focus on treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and relationship difficulties.
Using evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, I help clients manage overwhelming emotions, break unhelpful patterns, and build resilience.
Therapy can help you:
Recognizing the deep mind-body connection, I incorporate mindfulness and somatic awareness to support holistic healing. Whether you're working through a specific challenge or seeking personal growth, therapy offers the tools and support to help you move forward with confidence and clarity.
Relationships can hold incredible love and connection — and they can also hold tension, misunderstandings, and old hurts that feel hard to talk about. Couples therapy is a space where both partners can slow down, feel heard, and explore what’s really happening beneath the surface. Whether you’re navigating communication challenges, trust issues, conflict patterns, or simply feeling disconnected, we’ll work together to understand the emotions, needs, and histories shaping your dynamic. With guidance, compassion, and practical tools, you and your partner can rebuild safety, deepen intimacy, and learn to show up for each other in ways that feel supportive, honest, and true to who you both are.

Counseling for teens is designed to help young individuals navigate the challenges of growing up, including academic pressures, social dynamics, and emotional well-being. If your child is struggling at home, in school, or in social settings, therapy provides a supportive space to explore their feelings, develop coping strategies, and build resilience.
Common concerns and diagnoses that can be effectively addressed in therapy include:
• Anxiety disorders (such as generalized anxiety, social anxiety, or panic disorder)
• Depression and mood disorders
• ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder)
• Adjustment disorders
• Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD)
• Trauma and PTSD
• Grief and loss
• Low self-esteem and identity concerns
Using a strengths-based approach, therapy focuses on:
• Enhancing emotional intelligence and self-awareness
• Improving communication and problem-solving skills
• Managing stress, anxiety, and mood changes
• Strengthening self-esteem and confidence
• Supporting healthy relationships with peers and family
Together, we will identify the underlying causes of your child’s emotional struggles and create a personalized plan to help them build confidence, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and thrive in all aspects of their life.
