My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by curiosity, compassion, and a deep belief in the healing power of connection. I started my professional journey studying communications at the Universidad de Buenos Aires, where I also discovered a passion for yoga and meditation. This interest led me to Canada, where I trained as a Hatha Yoga Instructor and began exploring how mind-body practices could support emotional well-being.
When I moved to New York City, I felt called to deepen my work with others and pursued a Master’s in Social Work at Fordham University. There, I gained hands-on experience supporting adolescents, and adults through individual and group therapy. Over the past decade, I’ve worked in diverse clinical settings, helping people navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
In my practice today, I draw from both traditional talk therapy and holistic approaches, integrating mindfulness, somatic awareness, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support healing on every level—mind, body, and heart. Yoga and meditation have been part of my life for over 20 years. They help me stay grounded and present, both personally and in my work. This embodied practice allows me to better support others — especially in helping clients reconnect with their bodies and feel more regulated.
