I'm passionate about supporting people who are ready to grow and make positive changes in their lives. I work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and chronic pain, using a collaborative approach that’s tailored to your needs. In our work together, I draw from traditional talk therapy as well as tools from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), somatic approaches, Mindfulness, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR)—a powerful, evidence-based method for healing trauma. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just needing some extra support, therapy can help you find more clarity, resilience, and emotional balance.

Using evidence-based techniques such as Mindfulness, Somatic techniques, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, I will guide you to manage overwhelming emotions, break unhelpful patterns, and build resilience.

My approach to working with pre-teens and teens is relational and person centered based. We can talk, draw, play a game, or just sit with each other. I will provide a supportive space to explore feelings, develop coping strategies, and build resilience. They don't have to face the challenges of academic pressures, social dynamics, social media exposure, alone.
